Patrick Mahomes became one of the youngest owners of sports teams on Tuesday. The 24-year-old, who won the quarterback in the Kansas City Super Bowl, joins the team-owned group, the Kansas City Royals announced.

Sherman added: “He has proven to be one of the best professional athletes and competitors anywhere, and he has developed a champion culture. He loves football, but he grew up and loved the game of baseball. "We look forward to a long-term partnership."
